\u96c6\u5408\u601d\u8003\u5728\u5730\u6027\u3001\u6c38\u7e8c\u5efa\u7bc9\uff0c\u52c7\u65bc\u5617\u8a66\u4e00\u822c\u96c6\u5408\u4f4f\u5b85\u9bae\u5c11\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u6027\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5805\u630195%\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u77f3\u6750\uff0c\u4ee5\u91d1\u5c6c\u3001\u73bb\u7483\u3001\u5857\u6599\u7b49\u8ca0\u64d4\u6027\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u6750\u6599\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u74b0\u4fdd\u6f06\u53ca\u6e05\u6c34\u6a21\uff0c\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9\u9130\u8fd1\u820a\u5e02\u5340\u7684\u6c34\u6ce5\u7c89\u5149\u53ca\u6cb9\u6f06\uff0c\u51f8\u986f\u7279\u8272\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We approached this project by integrating locality and sustainability, while boldly exploring experimental strategies rarely seen in typical housing complexes.Over 95% of the project avoids the use of stone, opting instead for lighter-impact materials like metal, glass, and paint. Eco-friendly coatings and exposed concrete are used to echo the cement plaster and painted surfaces of the surrounding older urban fabric, creating a subtle yet distinct identity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\u690d\u683d\u7da0\u5316\u662f\u672c\u6848\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5782\u76f4\u5316\u7684\u7acb\u9ad4\u5408\u9662\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u7dca\u6e4a\u7684\u4e00\u6a13\u4e2d\u5ead\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u67d4\u6027\u7684\u690d\u683d\u55ac\u6728\u53d6\u4ee3\u9ad8\u8073\u570d\u7246\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u5340\u7da0\u5316\uff0c\u4e5f\u5411\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u820a\u623f\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7da0\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Planting and greening are essential to this project.In addition to the vertical courtyard system, we softened the compact ground-floor courtyard by replacing tall boundary walls with trees and flexible greenery\u2014greening the community while sharing this natural presence with the neighboring older homes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Collective housing is the most commonly encountered architectural type in everyday life.Yet, long overshadowed by commercial and consumer-driven trends, it has often been reduced to floor area, decoration, and luxury\u2014symbols of social status and speculative value.<\/p>\n

In response, this project strives to return to the essence of architectural space.With sustainable materials, a breathable vertical courtyard, and an infinity pool overlooking the Taoyuan cityscape, we hope to encourage users to pause\u2014reconnect with the green, with the rhythm of life, and to sense the quiet presence of sunlight, air, and water in their everyday living.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
