「宅」主要指住所或居所，並引申為與居住、安身有關的概念，象徵安穩的生活或精神上的安定，契合本案打造屬於家族團聚的傳承別墅理念。

The term “zai” traditionally refers to a dwelling or place of residence, and by extension, a sense of securityboth physical and emotional.This reflects the project’s core idea: a heritage villa where the family gathers, lives, and carries its legacy forward.

彼此的圍牆打破串聯各自的用餐空間和後院結合，成為一家子閒話家常、小孩子最安全幸福的遊樂場。

By opening up the boundaries between homes, the dining areas and rear gardens are seamlessly connected—forming a spacious and fluid communal space where families can gather for daily conversations, meals, and laughter, while children enjoy a safe, joyful playground that nurtures both freedom and friendship.
